How long does my body jewelry take to arrive?
We usually estimate 7-15 days into the US and 5-10 days into Western Europe and Australia. Most other countries will be within these ranges.
Does someone have to sign for the package on delivery?
Yes, being registered means the postman does need a signature on delivery. If he can't find someone he will take the package back to the post office and keep it there for about three weeks on hold. After that it is sent back to us. The postman should leave a note asking for you pick it up from the post office.

When is my credit card charged?
We do not make any charge until after the jewelry leaves here. Our credit card company will ask yours for authorization after you make the order, but no money will be taken out of your account until after we tell them.
